When is InnerVital opening?

InnerVital’s Chicago Loop flagship is planned to open in September 2026 at 18 N Wabash.

Can I book an appointment now?

Booking is not yet open. Join the opening list to receive updates about services, providers, and appointment availability.

What does “hospital-informed” mean?

Hospital-informed means InnerVital is being designed with careful documentation, screening, communication, referral awareness, and institutional collaboration in mind. It does not mean every service is delivered inside a hospital or that hospital affiliation is guaranteed.

Will InnerVital offer telehealth?

InnerVital may offer telehealth or virtual care options for appropriate services, such as intake, education, follow-up, care navigation, and selected provider consultations, subject to provider availability, licensure, state rules, and clinical appropriateness. Acupuncture itself is an in-person service.

How does InnerVital talk about hope?

InnerVital believes patients deserve time, clarity, and support, especially when they feel worried, unheard, or unsure where to turn next. We use hopeful language without promising outcomes or claiming that integrative care cures, reverses, or prevents disease.

Is InnerVital a medical clinic?

InnerVital is being developed as a patient-facing integrative care clinic platform. Planned services and provider involvement will vary by location, license, scope of practice, staffing, and clinical appropriateness. The site is informational and does not create a provider-patient relationship.

Will insurance be accepted?

Insurance participation, cash-pay options, billing procedures, accepted plans, and provider network status have not yet been finalized. InnerVital is preparing a benefits-verification process before opening. Coverage varies by plan and service, and verification is not a guarantee of payment.

Can I ask InnerVital to check my insurance benefits?

Yes. You can submit an insurance-benefits interest form now. Please do not include diagnoses, medical history, medication lists, insurance card images, member ID numbers, or other protected health information through the public website form.

What is Traditional Chinese Medicine?

Traditional Chinese Medicine, often called TCM, is a long-standing system of care that may include acupuncture, assessment frameworks, lifestyle guidance, and other practices delivered within professional scope. InnerVital uses TCM as a foundation while presenting services in a modern, careful clinical environment guided by screening, documentation, and communication.

What is acupuncture used for?

Patients often explore acupuncture for supportive care related to comfort, stress, sleep, function, recovery, and general wellness goals. InnerVital does not claim that acupuncture cures, reverses, or prevents disease, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Is acupuncture safe?

Acupuncture should be delivered by properly licensed practitioners using appropriate screening, sterile technique, documentation, and scope-aware care. Individual risks and appropriateness vary, which is why intake and clinical screening matter.

Who should not use public website forms?

Do not use website forms to send medical history, diagnoses, medications, insurance details, protected health information, patient-identifiable information, or urgent medical concerns. If you become a patient, InnerVital will provide appropriate intake instructions through a more suitable process.

What should I do for urgent symptoms?

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or urgent symptoms, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately. InnerVital website forms are not monitored for emergencies and are not a substitute for medical care.

How will I know when appointments open?

Join the opening list to receive launch updates, provider announcements, and early appointment availability notices when booking opens.

Practitioners

When is the practitioner webinar?

The next practitioner webinar is Thursday, June 25, 2026.

Does the webinar guarantee employment?

No. The webinar does not guarantee employment, credentialing, privileging, CE/CEU credit, or expanded scope of practice.

Partners and referral sources

How can providers refer patients?

Referral workflows are still being finalized. Providers, clinics, hospitals, employers, and community partners can use the partner/referral inquiry form to start a conversation. Do not submit patient-identifiable information through public website forms.

Are future locations confirmed?

Future locations are planned but subject to final real estate, staffing, licensure, buildout, and operational readiness. Planned 2027 markets currently include Schaumburg, Chicago Austin and Englewood neighborhoods, Rolling Meadows, and Westchester.
