Referral Partners

Referral pathways for responsible supportive-care access.

Scope clarity

What InnerVital does and does not do

What we do

Provide supportive acupuncture and East Asian Medicine care within practitioner scope, use conservative claims language, coordinate respectfully with conventional care, and escalate concerns that fall outside our role.

What we do not do

We do not replace emergency care, primary care, specialty care, oncology care, endocrinology care, behavioral health care, medication management, or disease-directed treatment.

Referring relationship

How we protect the referring relationship

InnerVital respects the patient’s existing care team. We avoid disease-cure claims, maintain appropriate clinical boundaries, use patient-friendly expectation-setting, and do not ask referral partners to submit protected health information through public forms.

Privacy-first intake routing

Public forms are for business or general inquiry routing only. If clinical information is required, a secure process should be used.

Medical plan respect

Patients remain under the care of their existing medical team for diagnosis, medication, testing, and disease-directed treatment.

Clear escalation boundaries

Red flags, urgent medical issues, worsening symptoms, or out-of-scope concerns are directed back to appropriate medical care.

Referral-friendly language

Supportive-care descriptions are designed to be conservative, clinically credible, and understandable to conventional healthcare practitioners.

Referral partner inquiry
